- Postgraduate training for journalists and media managers from Southeast Europe 2003/2004 – organized by the Media Center for Southeast Europe, Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski,” and Viadrina University – Frankfurt (Oder). Sponsored by the Stability Pact and the German Foreign Ministry.
- Balkan Worlds and Identities – a new Master’s program in Balkan Studies 2004/2005. In cooperation with the Universities of Belgrade, Korçë, and Graz. Sponsored by the Open Society Foundation.
